Products are not eligible for return or exchange.  Defective products may be eligible for replacement or refund.

Course Cancellation Policy

Courses cancelled sixty (60) days or more before the course date are eligible for a tuition refund less a non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 USD.  

Courses cancelled within sixty (60) days before the course date will not be refunded.  However, courses cancelled within sixty (60) days before the course date may be eligible for registration transfer.  Registration transfers may be redeemed for a future course within one year of the original course date.  Registration transfer is offered as a courtesy and is not guaranteed--courses must be available in order to transfer registration.

Online Courses 

If the online course you purchase contains any errors or technical issues, please contact info@delendo.com or 805-899-4529 to resolve the issue. In the event it is discovered the online course is defective, a refund or credit will be issued.
