On or before October 30, you will receive the Buchanan Endo Mastery Kit: a collection of tools and information for endodontic success. Over the next four-weeks:

  1. Study the textbook and technical guide;
  2. Watch the technique demos;
  3. Prove your understanding with a pre-course quiz for extra CE units;
  4. Solidify your knowledge through hands-on practice using the Kit tools; and
  5. Rest and look forward to the on-campus course!

On Thursday, November 30 and Friday, December 1, arrive at the DEL campus at 8:00 am for two-days of intensive hands-on practice under the guidance of Dr. L. Stephen Buchanan.

You will learn:

  1. Diagnosis and pain management
  2. Access: create an ideal minimally invasive access and eliminate cervically positioned curvature
  3. Negotiation: techniques to obtain patency, strategies to negotiate difficult canals with impediments, how to treat calcified molars without dynamic guidance; and techniques to find and treat elusive MB canals
  4. Shaping: file selection method, crown-down shaping strategies, and apical gauging techniques
  5. Cleaning: the importance of lubricants, irrigants, and chelating agents for negotiation, cleaning efficacy, and smear layer removal
  6. Obturation: the Continuous Wave of Condensation technique, carrier-based obturation, and methods to become proficient in molar obturation
  7. Solutions to address common RCT challenges and failures
  8. Full immersion into the treatment of complex molar anatomy

Standard Payment Plan
We offer standard payment plans as follows:

    • A non-refundable deposit of $750 is paid during registration
    • 5% of the total tuition ($199.75) is charged as an administrative fee
    • The remaining balance (tuition less deposit plus administrative fee - $3,444.75) is paid in three equal monthly payments*, with the final payment due at least 14 days before the course
    • *If you select this option, you will pay a non-refundable deposit of $750 at registration and a member of our team will contact you to coordinate the installment payments.

Customized Payment Plan
We extend customized payment plans as follows:

    • A non-refundable deposit of $750 is paid during registration
    • 7.5% ($299.63) of the total tuition is charged as an administrative fee
    • The remaining balance (tuition less deposit plus administrative fee - $3,544.63) is paid in bi-weekly or monthly installments based on your ability to pay*, with the final payment due at least 14 days before the course.          
    • *If you select this option, you will pay a non-refundable deposit of $750 at registration and a member of our team will contact you to coordinate the installment payments.
